Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, requesting access, or using the Sky product, you agree to these terms. If you are using Sky on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that agency. If you do not agree, do not use Sky.
The service
Sky is an AI-native back office for travel agencies. It turns conversations from WhatsApp, email, and social channels into structured cases, then helps run the documents, approvals, partners, and payment tracking needed to deliver them. Sky is currently offered on an early-access basis, and features may change as the product develops.
Accounts and eligibility
To use the product you must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sky is intended for business use by travel agencies and their staff, not for consumers.
Your responsibilities
- You must have a lawful basis to upload and process the client and traveller data you put into Sky, including identity documents.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you communicate with your clients.
- You must comply with the rules of the channels you connect (for example WhatsApp and email) and with applicable laws, including data-protection and anti-fraud laws.
- You remain the controller of your clients’ data and are responsible for your own privacy notices to them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sky to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or unlawful messages, upload malware, attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its security or operation.
AI features and no professional advice
Sky uses AI to assist your team — drafting replies, extracting details, and checking documents. AI output can be wrong or incomplete and must be reviewed by a person before you rely on it. Pricing, payment, visa, and supplier commitments always require human approval inside Sky. Sky does not provide legal, immigration, or financial advice, and does not guarantee any visa or travel outcome.
Payments
Where paid plans apply, Sky is priced on a monthly plan sized to your caseload rather than per seat, and billing terms are set out at sign-up or in a separate agreement. During early access, pricing is confirmed with you before any charge. Sky tracks payment milestones for your cases; it does not hold or move your clients' money.
Intellectual property
Sky and its software, design, and content are owned by Sky and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. You keep ownership of the data you put into Sky and grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
Confidentiality and security
We protect your data with field-level encryption, private document storage, per-tenant isolation, access controls, and an audit trail, as described in our
privacy policy. You agree to keep any non-public information about Sky confidential.
Disclaimers
Sky is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sky against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your handling of client and traveller data in violation of law.
Termination
You may stop using Sky at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you end, and we will handle your data as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sky is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The specific governing law and venue will be confirmed in our customer agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Sky evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
